Scope of works – SFS, drylining, plastering and suspended grid ceilings
Our 3rd project in a row with Phelan and the same site team as part of the Essex School framework. SFS works started in February 2024 with a strict four-week programme to complete SFS infill, Y-wall sheathing board, Wraptite membrane and Rockwool NyRock within cavity. Metal stud partitions started in March 2024 with another quick programme to ensure the school would be ready to open for the new school year in September.
We finished all works in May with a return in June to install suspended grid ceiling tiles. We’ll be back again in August to complete some works in the existing school and then that’s another successful project completed.
