Scope of works – SFS, Rockwool Duo slab with brick tie channels, Rockwool cavity barriers, drylining, plastering, acoustic rafts and suspended grid ceilings
A second project in a row secured with Hutton, after last year’s completed Fern House School in Enfield.
Our SFS infill works started in March 2024 with a mixture of 150mm and 100mm SFS infill. Our external package include sheathing board, Tyvek breather membrane, Rockwool duo slab with brick tie channels, Rockwool cavity barriers and Rockwool flexi slab within the cavity.
The internal partitions and beam encasement works were running concurrently with the external works. All first fix and beam encasements are now completed with areas now being signed off to start closing up walls.
Once the walls are closed we will start plastering which will then release the suspended grid ceilings and acoustic panels to be installed.
