Scope of works – SFS, drylining, tape and jointing and suspended grid ceilings.
520 London Road was 1st of two secured projects with new client, Thomas Sinden. Works started on site in March 2024 with SFS infill. Then moving internally once water-tight to build jumbo stud walls within the warehouse and metal stud partitions to form offices, all with a tape and jointed finish.
We anticipate completing all plasterboard and tape and jointing by the end of July, leaving only suspended grid ceilings to install in August.
