Internal fit out for Persimmon Homes’ newly built three-storey head office in Norwich, Norfolk.
What we did
Dry lining – glazed partitions – ceilings – raised access floors – plastering of walls
The detail
Dry lining: Dot and dab method.
Glazed offices: Komfort Komfire 75 demountable partitioning finished in white aluminium.
Glazed meeting rooms: Komfort Polar Double Glazed frameless partitioning and full height glass doors.
Ground floor entrance: Komfort Polar Single Glazed frameless partitioning with full height hospital door set.
Wall finishes: Thistle Multi Finish skim coat.
Ceilings: Armstrong 600mm x 600mm Perla Tegular tile laid within a 24mm grid system suspended from underside of the concrete soffit.
Top floor ceilings: MF ceiling installation, skim coat finished.
Floors: Kingspan Raised Access Floor system with medium duty 600 x 600 steel encased panels on adjustable pedestals bonded to the sub-floor.
