Early in 2025, Great Yarmouth Ceilings secured our first project with Kind and Co: Phase 1 of 3 at Lexden Gardens in Colchester. Phase one consists of three blocks of flats totalling 66, with block 1 being a refurbishment of the old Colchester Hospital, and the other 2 phases being new build.
We are currently working in block 1 with fire soffits and 1st fix close to being completed. Block 2 will start in July 2025, and block 3 the end of 2025.
